Our MissionWe promise to try our best to find loving and furever homes for our animals. Every holiday we have photo shoots with our dogs, and our adopters will receive a certificate of adoption for the dog and all their holiday photos. We try to make the adoption process very simple and smooth. We rescue all kinds of animals dogs, cats and even ferrets and bunnies. We believe every animal deserves a loving home and a second chance. Just like kids, dogs don't ask to be brought into this world to suffer. When we rescue we make sure to test the dogs for any illnesses and give all their shots. Depending on the time the dog has been at our rescue, we spay or neuter. If its a puppy younger than 4 months, we make sure to give you a contract about neutering or spaying the puppy right when it hits 4 months. So we can insure no more "oops" pregnancies.

How it All StartedMy inspiration was a rescue dog. I met her in November of 2007, her and I connected on an even bigger scale than my current dog Apple Mango. We were one, she was my world, but one day she was sent to a "trainer", she was killed an I don't know when, but the last time I was her and held her was on September 28, 2008. I didn't have her for long but loosing her caused a huge pain and depression. I tried to commit suicide and if it wasn't for my dogs I wouldn't be alive right now. My other inspiration was my great grandma, she had such a passion for animals. She would take all them home, fix them up, and then find them a home. She past away from cancer before she could fulfill her dream, which was to open a rescue. So in honor of them both I share with them the unconditional love they have to offer that saved my life led to the rescue opening. I didn't start this rescue to just rescue animals I started it to also rescue kids from whatever depression they were going through. Dogs were always my therapy and they took me through a lot of heart breaks and fights.

The event was a huge success! We would like to thank Doberman Rescue for inviting us! We got Zeus adopted to a wonderful family, and we couldn't be happier. We might even have a foster for one of our big dogs :) It was wonderful, thank you so much. |
